Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unread, and in their original condition with all original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Books that show signs of use, damage, or wear.
- Personalized or special-order books.
- Gift cards and digital products (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ITIHAAS REFLECTIONS is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
